Wonderful and light, sublime and simple, POOL ("La piscine"), in homage to Jacques Deray's classic film, is the soul of the Riviera, an idyll, an encounter whose every moment you savor because you don't know if it will ever happen again. Around the sun-drenched pool, caressed by palm trees, the restaurant unfurls its grandiose view over the plains of Grasse and offers dishes with Provençal summer accents, wonderful and light, sublime and simple, to be enjoyed by two, several, sharing.
Open daily from 12:00 to 14:30
from October 2024 to April 2025.
Grill
by the POOL
At dinnertime, as the sun casts its last rays over Mas Candille and candles take their place on the green marble tables, the POOL bursts into flames to become a grill and heat up the atmosphere. Whole fish caught on the day or generous cuts of meat gilded by the flames are shared, the cuisine is festive, spectacular... The moment is magical. Escorted by the aromatic surprises of a menu that, if served in the evening, is bursting with sunshine, the POOL warms up a little more and offers musical evenings to end the day or start the night on the most beautiful note.
