Wonderful and light, sublime and simple, POOL (“The Swimming Pool”), in homage to the classic film by Jacques Deray, is the soul of the Riviera, an idyll, an encounter of which we savor every moment because we don't know if it will happen again. Around the sun-drenched swimming pool, the restaurant unfolds its magnificent view over the plains of Grasse and offers dishes with Provençal summer accents, wonderful and light, sublime and simple, which can be enjoyed as a couple, with others, or to share.
Open every day from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

During the summer season, every Sunday evening, the Pool transforms into a barbecue to celebrate the simple pleasures of summer.
Whole fish caught that day, flame-grilled meats, and seasonal vegetables can be enjoyed by the pool, bathed in the golden light of the sunset.
A warm and refined experience, designed to extend the weekend in the unique atmosphere of Mas Candille.
